We at Proplate are now looking for a painting technician who wants to contribute to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You will be an important part of our production team and report to the area manager.

About the role

As a painting technician, you will play a central role in our production. You will work both operationally and developmentally with our painting processes. Your work directly contributes to our quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Your tasks

In your daily work, you will, among other things:

• Work on improvements and develop our painting processes.
• Follow up and manage deviations in production.
• Conduct visual inspections and sampling measurements.
• Participate in outcome testing and maintenance.
• Work on cost efficiency.
• Be responsible for training staff and supporting colleagues as needed.
• Purchase consumables.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and quality-driven work environment.

Who are you?

• Experience in production and surface treatment.
• A good understanding of quality assurance and deviation management.
• An eye for detail and is meticulous.
• The ability to train and support colleagues.
